 Door 22 Residence was established on 2003 with 30 dormitory rooms and a commercial unit. In 2015, we expanded with another 16 commercial apartment units.

We are one of Cebu’s few Service Apartments that can offer an idyllic blend of residential comfort and convenience right at the heart of the intensifying metropolis.
Door 22 Residence is situated in a residential area and is easily accessed by public transportation. Building 1 is a 2 storey building with 16 units, with Studio Type, 1 and 2 Bed Room units. Building 2 has 30 Dormitory Type rooms each with their own toilet and bathroom.

Door 22 Residence gives you easy access to this energised city’s best attractions such as the famous Ayala Centre Cebu and SM- Cebu and nearby tourist landmarks including Magellan’s Cross and Basilica del Santo Niño. We are located just 11km from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport and the beautiful resorts in Mactan island.
