• What happens when I want to extend my stay?

A written note should be given to the office twenty one (21) days before the expiry date of the Lease of Agreement. If the Lessees’ wants to extend their stay, the management will try their best to accommodate the Lessees’ request (Depends on availability). But if no note was submitted, it will still depend on availability or the Lessee should move out.

• What happens when I need to cut short my stay?

A written note should be given to the office twenty one (21) days before the date of effectivity of the Lease of Agreement. Failure to comply the said information, the management will not refund the incomplete stays. And will be consider a month rent.

• When is housekeeping done?

A schedule is provided for each room.

• Is bringing of pets allowed?

The bringing of pets is not allowed.

• What about visitations from non-renters?

Visiting hours are from 09:00 AM to 9:30 PM.If the Lessee has a guest for sleep over, the Lessee should notify the management three days before the date requested.
